Emil W. Henry, Jr. is CEO and Managing Partner of Tiger Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm focused on growth equity investments in infrastructure businesses. In 2005, Mr. Henry was appointed by the President and confirmed by the United States Senate as Assistant Secretary of the Treasury. Mr. Henry served as key advisor to two Treasury Secretaries on matters affecting US financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity, derivatives, counterparty risk management, and corporate governance. After his public service, Mr. Henry returned to investment management as Global Head of Lehman Brothers private equity business focused on infrastructure. Mr. Henry previously served as Managing Director and Chairman of Asset Management of Gleacher Partners. Earlier in his career Mr. Henry was a member of Morgan Stanley’s flagship private equity fund. Mr. Henry currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Tiger Cool Express and is a board member of American Natural, Hudson Fiber Networks, Sunlight Financial, SmartSky Networks, Easterly Government Properties, and StoneCastle Financial. Mr. Henry holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
Adam Emmert is a Managing Director at Tiger Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm focused on growth equity investments in infrastructure businesses. He was previously a member of Lehman Brothers’ infrastructure private equity team, based in New York. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Emmert was a Vice President at Highstar Capital. Prior to joining Highstar Capital, Mr. Emmert was a member of Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Group and worked in investment banking in Lehman Brothers’ Global Power Group. Mr. Emmert serves on the boards of Tiger Cool Express and Hudson Fiber Holdings, and is a board observer at ETIX Everywhere. He holds a B.A. from Kenyon College, an M.A. in International Affairs and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School.
Jeff Gaillard serves on the Board of Hudson Fiber Network, Inc. Mr. Gaillard is currently Chief Marketing Officer for ViaWest, a Denver based provider of IT infrastructure solutions. Prior to joining ViaWest, Mr. Gaillard was a member of the senior management team of Elevation Data Centers, a financial sponsor-backed platform company. Mr. Gaillard also served as President of Zayo Colocation, Inc. (zColo) and at Level 3 as Vice President responsible for European Products and Markets and North American Colocation and Business Markets. Before joining Level 3, Mr. Gaillard was responsible for the dedicated hosting business at HostPro/Interland, Inc. Additionally Mr. Gaillard is currently Board President of the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art and is an Adjunct Professor in the Information and Communications Technology graduate degree program at the University of Denver. Mr. Gaillard holds a B.A. in History and a MBA from Dartmouth.
Brett Diamond is co-founder and President of Hudson Fiber Network. He is responsible for global sales and strategic corporate initiatives to drive revenue growth. Through his many years of voice and data management experience, Mr. Diamond is adept at all aspects of telecommunications management, from network services and implementation, to project management and hardware consultation services.
He began his career with Atlantic Communications, a division of Lucent Technologies in the 90’s, and later worked at the carrier level with wireless network provider Teligent and Net2000 Communications. He then served as Managing Director of Sales for BCM (Business Communications Management) from 2001-2005, where he was responsible for sales for the North America market. Originally from Huntington, New York, Mr. Diamond attended Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Muller is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hudson Fiber Network, and a member of the Board of Directors. With 15 years industry experience and a strong background in finance, he has been able to transform the company from a small transport and IP provider to one of the area’s premier large bandwidth Ethernet fiber transport providers.
Mr. Muller has an extensive and diverse background in communications. He began his career as Managing Director at Centex Telemanagement/Metropolitan Fiber Systems (MFS), which was one of the first companies to deploy a SONET ring in New York City and offer multiple services on one platform. He rapidly became one of the company’s top producers and achieved many national sales recognition awards. After MFS was acquired by MCI, Mr. Muller founded Blue Chip Consulting, a full-service communications management and consulting company.
In 2000, he joined Business Communications Management (BCM) as Managing Director of Indirect and Direct Sales for North America. Mr. Muller was instrumental in the growth of the company’s bottom line revenue and creation of many of the processes and procedures that still exist today. Mr. Muller founded Interactive Telecom Solutions (ITS) in 2003. ITS has become a leading master agency with 30+ carrier agreements and numerous sales achievement awards across the entire portfolio. Mr. Muller attended Syracuse University, is married with two children, and resides in Bergen County, New Jersey.
